Al Ghassaniya Swiss Textile Industries Company (G.S.I) is a leading company in manufacturing and marketing home furnishings and linens products and all cotton Bed & Bath products manufactured with high professionalism. Our company is an extension and heir to our parent company: COMFY Textile Industries Company, which was established in the city of Homs in central Syria in 1998. Since the beginning of the establishment, we have specialized in producing towels and cotton bed covers using European technology represented by Italian weaving machines (Vamatex) and French jacquard machines (Staubli). In 2004, the company updated the entire production line, and added new production lines that include dyeing and processing of products in order to achieve the highest international quality standards. In 2007, the company's production reached 35,000 kg per month, which was entirely dedicated to export outside Syria, to our customers in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq and Greece.

In 2009, we entered the world of hotels and the Hospitality Textile Suppling industry through our agreement with the international company Rolaco, which is accredited and specified by the most famous international hotel groups. We implemented many products requested by their customers, such as the Intercontinental Jeddah Hotels, the Makkah Towers Hotels and the Ambassador Group in Riyadh.

In 2011, due to the severe unrest that swept the country in Syria, the company's business was greatly affected, and production stopped completely. The company's main factory was also severely damaged, so that our company lost any ability or capacity to remain in Syria in 2012, and in order to complete the previous success story and journey, our business moved to the Arab Republic of Egypt, specifically to the cradle of textile industries: the city of Mahalla al-Kubra in Gharbia Governorate, where we began the gradual return of our business and to export our products to our customers in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon, benefiting from our long previous experience and our wide and solid professional network; and benefiting especially from the great reputation of Egyptian cotton textiles and the creativity of the wonderful Egyptian engineers with their high craftsmanship. Now the company intends to continue and develop its previous successful journey through the new launch from the heart of the modern industrial complex in Mahalla al-Kubra and benefit from the facilities and privileges provided by the General Authority for Industrial Development in its industrial complexes, where we have already transferred our company's machines and installed them in our new factory there and began expanding and adding new products in parallel with the start of establishing many local manufacturing agreements and contracts in the Egyptian market and of course in the export markets that were previously with us. In addition to our keenness, work and constant commitment to adopting the highest quality standards in conjunction and parallel with our commitment to achieving the equation of competitive prices.

This requires accuracy and professionalism in all stages of manufacturing, production and marketing, starting from purchasing raw materials, through the use of advanced machinery technology and ending with the continuous development of the capabilities and skills of our work team and all employees in our company, whom we consider our true partners in the desired success and distinction.

Finally: Our company has begun to develop a commitment to transforming our products from traditional production methods to environmentally friendly production methods, so that our goal in 2026 is to achieve 100% of our production is environmentally friendly products so that these products do not contain any chemicals at all that can be harmful to the environment, as well as starting from 2024 to use organic cotton in some of our products with plans to expand reliance on this in an ascending manner.
